Roy, Andres, and Geo did a great job putting new units in the house and outside. They were very professional in their job and did a great job to keep my house clean while doing their job. Would highly recommend these guys.

I needed to replace my 26 year old A/C system & had Paul come out to give me an estimate. He was straight forward, provided different options & did not try to upsell. After choosing the unit I wanted, I scheduled an appointment through Pearl back at their office. My techs were Roy & Giovanni and they were awesome. They called me the morning of the appt to give an estimate of when they would arrive. They were efficient, did great work, and explained different phases of the installation as they went along. Roy and Joe, the AC techs, were wonderful! They kept me updated constantly about what they were doing. They called me ma'am and had very good manners. They arrived in the time frame they said would and called to let us know they were on the way. I was just relaxing in the living room while they did their job, but they made small talk here and there which I really appreciated and it made them appear very personable. They cleaned up before leaving and made sure to give me the run down on everything they did. I would definitely recommend Roy and Joe!
