AC replacement is a significant investment. We only recommend it when repairs are not possible or when purchasing a new unit is more cost-effective than repairs. Generally, we advise customers to consider replacement when the unit is more than 10 years old and the repair cost is near or equal to 40 percent of the cost of a new unit. Liberty Air also provides AC installation in newly constructed properties.
